Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery date
- Items must be unworn and in original packaging
- All reasons for return are accepted
Return Shipping Cost
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect item shipped
In those cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
How to Request a Return
- Sign in to your account and go to My Orders
- Find your order and click "Request Return"
- Fill out the return request form
- Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
Guest customers: email cs@noragems.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
